Does anyone know of a good campsite in the Catskills? Im looking to buy an RV Camper and leave it at a campsite so im looking for recommendations. I would want a campsite where i can leave it all year with an electrical hook up. Something thats family an kid friendly as well.

Try sleepy hollow campground, up off rt 28 , shandaken area ..
It’s right on the esopus creek , good fishing
you cook good rabbit pilgrim

I don't get up at 4 AM to play catch and release .

Yes Sleepy Hollow for sure.  Clean place and Wyatt the owner runs a tight ship.

Can you keep the rv there all year?

yes.  He will let you keep it there all year. but you have to winterize your own camper  The camping season is Mid May through Mid October.  Think it's like $2000-2200 depending on if you want a water site or not.  Water sites don't have gray water.  There is a waiting list so you might want to get on that asap after you check the place out.

Okay so has anyone done RV camping around the Lake George area? I think my family would enjoy that area more. Any suggestions would help.

My buddy has a seasonal site at alpine lake a very nice campground and pretty close to George
