great fish .... heres Newburgh 19 may https://youtu.be/CmEPudahRjM ..... then North by WhITES marina 20 May https://youtu.be/dNqn6O8BgWs  .... marked Fish in Newburgh on Sunday but no takers  .... saw some boats catching a few but not a lot of boats in Newburgh ...... 1 week left for me. ..... limping in with a sick boat so hopefully can make it ... good luck

     A day I'll never forget.  Got on the morning bite around 6am and caught 4 nice stripers, one keeper.  Lost a few too, all on liveys.
     By 8:00 bite slowed so I went back to the marina. As I cleaned my boat the creek behind me started boiling with herring and stripers smashing them !  Never saw that in fresh water before.  I grabbed a rod and tied on a top water plug and first cast was on.
Caught 4 more all 34-36" and broke off a plug with a good one on and lost a slammer who bent my hook.  45 minutes later it was over, just like the salt.
    Get your rods sportsmen...the bites still on.
