Nice bird single pin.. Got to get 1 more friend a bird then i could get out for my self.. slept in this morning thinking it was going to be nasty out but its not to bad so i may go for a walk..

Troy went out yesterday morning and dropped himself a beautiful bird. 22 lbs with 1” spurs. Tons of birds all around. Went there this morning (against my better judgment) and it was November deer hunting. Snowing,blowing and not a single gobble. Nothing to be seen or heard. Oh what a difference a day makes.

My daughter Taylor smoked this tom at 25 yards this morning.. Words cant explain the feeling a father has being part of these moments..

Spent the morning hunting with my good friends son Jimmy .. We had a close call early but he would not break that 50 yard mark. Hit another spot late morning and worked this big ole tom into range to my decoys at 10am.  This young kid jimmy can shoot.  Should have seen his face after this bird piled up.. lol. 22lbs 10" beard 1-3/4" spur.

Congrats to everyone on the turkeys. Knowing that the wind and temps were going to be nasty I decided to take the day off from striper fishing. After reading walkabouts post of just taking a walk, I decided to also take a walk. I haven't turkey hunted in 10 years but got all my stuff together and made it happen. Only ended up being a 6 inch beard but man my heart was pounding and I felt like I was 16 years old again. Just felt good to be out there today. Good luck to everyone and be safe.

Congratulations to all the successful hunters so far and thanks for sharing your photos. Some great stuff here. I have unfortunately been striking out. I’m getting a lot of much needed exercise though beings all I seem to do these days is eat and drink way too much 😎
