NY is 28”-35”, but south of the GWB.

It's because we are spawning grounds, below the GW they can keep 28-35" as they leave going out to sea in NY.

All regs on East coast should be the same they keep saying they want to conform to federal guidelines

The whole east coast should have exact same regs....  Many other spawning grounds other than hudson river........

Chesepeak is now similar to ours with slot protection i believe close to our 18-28" keeper river slot. The Delaware innNY should be same as us but its the saltwater size restrictions and not what spawning grounds are for some reason,  i definitely don't agree with it. The rest of coast is within an inch or 2 and single bass limits with exception of NJ with fall bonus fish tags they give out because no commercial fishery and give back to recreational quotas.  I have mixed feeling on this for sure but I understand why.
