I saw 3 bucks together last week , and 2 were sparing for an hour ...
I thought I might see the antlers get knocked off ..
I never seen them sparing so late ..

Yesterday, January 27 I almost hit a buck with my tuck on Titusville rd. In LaGrange. Right behind him was a doe. So some of them still have their horns.

I haven't checked my cameras yet but others are telling me they still see horns …. trying to figure a good day to go out shed hunting while there's no snow on the ground  but hard to do if they are still walking around with them

Lots of them found as early as late December it depends on how hard each buck rutted it seems higher areas like Catskills they find good numbers early my co worker that lives near Dutchess County airport has a nice 8 on camera this week

they still holding tight in catskills too, I saw two bucks Tuesday, and then was out for darts and another guy said he had seen two bucks on Tuesday in different area's, which chimed in a guy who has a few spy cams out to say yeah they still have em, here look at these and showed a few pics of 4 different bucks since Saturday
I am anxiously awaiting him to say spy point shows no more antlers.  So him, I and the dog can hit the hills.
