New here and New to hunting but been around firearms for a very long time. this will be my first year taking a deer and living on 107 privately owned acres i should have started awhile ago lol. I'm 26 live in Ulster/Hurley NY area. My uncle grnsider has  been a member here for awhile and convince me to sign up. so ANY advice on this years season would be very much appreciated. I have tons of AR'S and tactical guns i train with but for my first hunting gun i purchased a Savage Axis XP .308 With a Bushnell Scope and got it all bore sighted in. heres a pic.

man i have never shot a deer. been around firearms awhile this is my first year hunting though. would love to get a deer anywhere i can. wouldnt mind at all tagging along with someone to show me the ropes.  do you have facebook?

my names eric im a traditional bowhunter i can be seen all around hurley flinging arrows in the cornfields or i can be seen at 3d shoots

 im 19 i work at walmart in the hardware dpt i have longhair incase anyones seen me (hunter)
