Went to Black Creek last few days, did not see a single herring. 5 small browns, 3 fallfish and a redbreast sunfish.

3 small browns from Monday, skunked today. The rain should have the trout on the feed next few days hopefully.

I was thinking the same thing!
Gino do you actually eat all of the fish you catch?
Just out of curious,I mean everyone is entitled to take a legal limit,I prefer to release but I’m targeting large wild trout. I’m not opposed to anyone keeping a limit either just curious,Do you ever release any of them?

I do eat a lot of fish and give a lot to family and friends. When I go to wild trout streams I release most of everything I catch unless they're injured bad. Basically all the stream trout fishing I've been doing this spring are local put and take streams. Regardless, everything goes back after the limit is reached.
