The deer population has rebounded a bit, and in many areas is at a healthier level, then pre EHD. The issue our area has, as far as herd quality, is age structure.. for those who hunt mature deer, we just keep doing what others don’t. Keep the finger off the trigger, and put in the work for a good buck. And Above all, remember it’s about the journey, not the kill and having to punch a tag.
