It looks like our politicians in Albany are still telling us that the root cause of violence is the existence of guns. It is very unfortunate that so many people believe that lie. 'Perception is reality'.

The one provision violated the protection of lawful commerce act, which is a federal law.  The other violates the innocent until proven guilty protection in the constitution.
