Hi all.
If anyone knows the owner or operator of a fishing style boat, 24-28" named "Fish Story" would you please tell the driver i would like to have a word with him.
This afternoon while sitting under anchor fishing south of Esopus light house this boat started trolling south in line with me. The boat kept getting closer and closer and did not change course and was now on a collision heading. I blew horn....no change, screamed as loud as I could and the boat veered at the last second missing just missing us.
I was upset as this boat would have sunk us easily, but what really pissed me off is this guy never had the decency to say I'm sorry or anything but just kept on going as if nothing ever happened.
On top of that there were probably 7-9 people on board in stern area. Didn't see any NY boat number on it, wish I did.
If you know him let him know that I will report him and would still like to have a chit-chat with him
I am very disappointed as I have Identified the boat and it's owner operator. I'm sure a few know also but didn't want to say anything. That's fine.
All I was really looking for was a apology from the person, mistakes happen, no big deal.
To ignore it - to me is big deal. So, awaiting a apology soon. Thank you.
