i want to thank My buddy Ron for taking his boat “S.S.HVS” up for a middle of the night suicide run to the Salmon River to chase steelhead. They dropped the water on us in the middle of the night and needless to say fishing conditions were not the best with the low clear water.
The normal egg and bead bite was non existent. Stone flies and jigs tipped with wax worms saved the day for me.
