Haven't logged on in awhile.  It's been a good ice fishing season so far.

Started on 12/24 at Minerva Lake near Lake George.  This used to be a great pike lake , but I think the tournament they
have every year has hurt the fishing.

Christmas day we fished our go to first lake in the hudson valley, Moose club on 9G.  got a few dinks.

12/29 was our first trip to Chodikee lake . After that we had to wait a week after the warm up.

We fished West branch at Nicols road a week and a half ago and got skunked.

This past Sunday we were able to get on Hunns lake and my son got a nice 21" largemouth.

We were also able to get up to Sacandaga lake last week and catch one nice pike.

          Looks like alot of fun Seadog (eventhough it's not the sea ;) )
         I fish waayy too much in the regular season to fish hard-water . . . .

Figured id get this thread going again. Anyone ice fish yet? How much ice are you seeing? Which lakes or towns?
