Fried venison

Decided to fry some venison as you would fish its actually better than fish was surprised how tender it is

Just plain breadcrumbs but seasoned with blackened fish seasoning and cayenne pepper

tasty looking ... I think the only venison I ever deep fried were venison corn dogs ..... everything else is pan fried

I made a spicy dipping sauce definitely worth trying and again was just a top round not a back strap or anything good
