Un real. When someone gets banged up jumps in there car and kills someone on the road society holds that person accountable for there actions not the car. When it comes to gun crimes its the guns fault not the person.... I leave  my guns alone everyday they havnt killed anyone. Pretty sure they dont move unless someone touches them.

Maybe gun owners of America, could counter sue this mayor and others like him , for
Unjust allegation against a manufacturer

I for one , would contribute to this cause ..to end these ridiculous lawsuits..
The whole world is sue crazy ...
Ever sense that women won a lawsuit over spilling coffee on her self at McDonald's

It is a long term strategy to force the gun industry and their supporters to spend money on legal fees regardless of whether the case has any merit. Eventually the money will run out unless the Supreme Court steps in very quickly.

Benjamin Franklin once said: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.
