Criminals thank you governor, for letting them know where all soft targets are. Another fine job by our so called leadership!

It looks to me like the state is intentionally setting up for a cycle of court cases which will eventually drain the financial resources of the pro-gun organizations.

My question is, the Supreme Court just ruled on this, and immediately after they vote to institute new laws that are almost identical to what was just ruled as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Doesn't that put anyone responsible for writing these new laws in contempt of the Supreme Court?
If I want to carry, the Supreme Court of the United States just said I could, that should trump any state law.

My understanding of the SCOTUS decision was that NYS will become a "shall issue" rather than a "may issue" for handgun permits.  You'll still need a permit.

Right I understand I will still need a permit, which good luck, it will probably take years now to get a handgun permit, if ever. I haven't read the whole thing yet, but now I also need a permit to buy ammo? What ammo, just handgun loads, or ALL ammo? And the list of places one can not carry is longer than the list of where you actually can carry. This is in blatant disregard of the SCOTUS decision. This disregard of the highest court in the nation must be punished.

New York's Kathy Hochul's Draconian gun law in response to the SCOTUS verdict, rights violated again

If these A-HOLES don’t stop shooting innocent people we won’t be able to own any guns
