Good point... I called about my initial finds, left a message and DEC called me back. I called again 3-4 days later to report more and left a message... no call back. So that would put it at 702.

I called in 2 couple weeks ago and had a fresh one last weekend in my neighbors pond next door. 

This would be approximately 15 known dead in a 2 Sq mile area around my house in Hurley 3C, I bet it's at least double that!

Believe it or not I am starting to see a few deer around my area. Does, fawns and some bucks.  Not a lot of them but there are a few still around.

Good luck WEM every time I start seeing a few deer it seems like I find them dead my area slowed down in death started seeing a few then bam more dead ones

I had a trail camera on my apple tree for the last 2 weeks, typically I would see 4 or 5 late in the day, and more after dark. I have only seen 1 spike in the last two weeks - and he has only been around one time.

Its gunna be a banner year for the car insurance companies - I don't see a lot of them getting struck by cars - since you dont see them anywhere. I am sure some made it - but all the places that I am used to seeing them are just empty. Lucas Ave extension on both sides of High Falls used to be a really good spot to see them, dont see any there now. I dont think I will spend a lot of time looking for an insurance rebate or discount - but you can bet when they recover we will get an increase.

I go through pine bush about 4am and still see a ton of deer in fields and a bunch of good bucks chasing this week...maybe did not hit down there as bad.I live in ellenville and dont see many like i use to.

I work in pb still seeing deer in that area also..  its down here by us now heard one was found dead in the creek on burme rd near prison.

found nice 8 and a doe down near the rail trail in Kerhonkson last Thursday right on the creek--bones...some hide
