Kingston area

Hello everyone,  I normally fish in the Albany area went out a few days ago found a few bait pods and picked up on schoolie.
Water temperature was 70, I'm thinking of one last trip to Kingston  area, just looking on any type of report,  is it worth the trip or should I start trolling for Lakers?
Any help is appreciated

Haven't been down to Kingston, 
But I have already put my downriggers back on my boat, done fishing the river.

I'll be headed to lake Champlain soon, working on the boat today mounted a anchor winch, getting tired of humping the anchor & chain up and down on the river.
My brother in law got a cool suprise , landed a sturgeon, and released ok.
I've been striper fishing on the Hudson since 94, never caught one
