Headless rabbits
« on: November 27, 2019, 03:03:45 PM »
I figured one of you guys might know what could be killing rabbits, beheading them, and partially burying them in a gravel patio alongside my lake house's foundation. Whatever it is is clearly saving them for a later meal. My only thought is my wife saw what, based on her description, had to be a mink this summer. Does this rabbit beheading sound like mink behavior? This is happening in VT on Lake Bomoseen.
