I hate to say it but I think the Chesapeake have been the biggest abusers of Stripers and probably need the harshest regulations ... the picture attached was from a friend who went out a year ago ON  a CHARTER in the Chesapeake and said thats what they caught in like 20 minutes ..... from all the NY DEC hearings I thought below are the options:

                        A.  Close season in summer (removing July-August)
                        B. 18”-26” slot
                        C. 19”-27” slot with season closing early June 16th
                        D. 21”-28” slot with season closing early August 1st
                        E. 21”-28” slot with season opening later April 15th
                        F. Season opening May 1st

We should be able to keep 2 at 18-28inches. Anything over should be released. Keep the small ones let the big ones go.
