Just wondering how many cameras you guys run I have 5 at this time and have figured out a 150 dollar camera won't last any longer than a 20 dollar camera or work any better and when it gets really cold below 10 pull them I have lost a few cameras to extreme cold

I run 8 and few buddies run some so around 12-14 total between us. Reliability becomes the main reason to spend a few extra bucks. Nothing worse than checking a camera after a month long soak and it didn’t take any pics or u get a hammer on camera but it’s blurry and can’t make it out well

I run 5 cameras and still have 2 old cuddebacks (10 years) that were very expensive for the time and use d batteries ….. I since switched to moultries which aren't that expensive and the batteries last forever ….. they use AA batteries …… I leave my cameras out all year locked to trees in bear (thief) cases … I found the QUANTUM (RED LABEL) batteries last the longest for me ….

Generally have out 8-10 cheap cams, but move them around quite a bit

I only use two but I’m very pleased with them. They are stealth cam G34. Good cameras with great battery life. I just pulled my cameras in yesterday that have been out since last season ( I kinda kept saying “yeah I’ll get out there this weekend and get them” but never did). I changed the batteries the last week in November and one took pictures til March and the other was still taking pictures yesterday!!!

I do two cameras a week before opening day. My theory is the more cameras the more you have to check them an walk around leaving your scent everywhere.

I just recently picked up the Spypoint link dark camera and love it. It sends pics right to my phone. My plan is to possible sell my other cameras (5) and replace them with the cellular cameras.

When you first purchase you get the first month of unlimited photos for free. After that they offer the following monthly plans.
Free plan - 100 photos - If you choose not to pay for a plan you'll receive 100 photos a month for free.
Basic plan - 250 photos $4.00/month annually or $5.00/month (month to month)
Standard plan - 1000 photos $7.00/month annually or $10.00/month (month to month)
Premium plan - Unlimited photos $10.00/month annually or $15.00/month (month to month)
There are no activation fees required.
They also have a referral program where they offer a $50 to $100 rebates depending on which cellular camera you buy. If you look on their website they offer more information.

Thats not as bad as i thought it would be.. Do they send the pics as the camera takes them?

I receive the photos within one minute of being taking. I have it set on each detection. There are other settings you can change right from the app like what time and how many times per day you want to receive the photos.
As for those rates I think it's per camera. I am not 100% sure though as I see they offer packages one that is $49.99 per year that covers up to 5 cameras and another plan that is $79.99 per year and it covers up to 10 cameras. I will have to look more into it.

Each camera requires it's own data plan. I'm on my third and think it's the best cellular option out there. I've got one EVO and two Micros. You can have pics sent as soon as they're taken but that eats the batteries a lot faster. I use 6 times per day. They're available in AT&T or Verizon, it doesn't matter who your cell carrier is. If there's good AT&T service where you're putting the camera then get the AT&T model, etc.

So far so good. Only activated one of them for now. Trigger speed a hair slower than the EVO. .5 sec vs .3 sec
Pic quality is good day and night, really easy set up on the app too.

I run 5 cameras all year. A mix of Moultries and Brownings. 1 is a Moultrie Mobile Cell camera. Looking to possibly try the new Exodus Render or Browning Cell model.
