picked up Venison Liverwurst form Quaker Creek in Warwick ..... Excellent tasting .... Boars Head in its day or whomever's left doesn't even come close .... turned in 3 livers and got 14 sleeves back .....

its a great place ...much like QUATTRO farms in Dutchess ....  i know people who get all kinds of things done with their deer there ..... this is the first venison try for me and my liverwust doesn't come out great and is a lot of work so thought to go to them .... it all comes frozen and keeps

I'm definitely going to check them out.  Three livers over the course of the season.  What did you do, freeze whole livers and turn them all in at the end of the season?

Quaker Creek been around for a long time. Make some real good products with venison and other meats.

1shot1kill .... i cleaned up the livers then vacuum sealed and froze them whole over the season ..... they don't take the livers until after the holidays anyway .....
