I thought Cuomo was doing fairly well up to this ventilator/PPE confiscation/seize. Cuomo is either running on emotions or the party lines at this point? I pray that Cuomo's decision will be a gamble we can all live with...

I've been thinking the same way. Hope he's not sacrificing upstate lives.
