Good luck to everyone!  This will be the first opening day I've missed, since my years away with the Army.  Going to Plattsburg to watch my daughter, Bryce run in the NYS cross country championships.  She had a great year, winning an invitational in Saugerties and placing 2nd in MHALs!  3.1 more miles to go and the race time temperature is 20 degrees.  She sent me pictures of her and a teammate making snowmen this afternoon, lol.  Same girl who tackled the Long Path with me this summer.  She was fast on the trail, but really moves w/o a pack on!

Same here Don. I’ll be missing the opener too. I’m up in Vermont for Troys final football game in Norwich. Can’t believe how fast these 4 years have flown by. Least I say how crazy it makes me feel missing the opener but family first!
Best of luck to you and all our members on the opener. There’s some real good slammers running thanks to the southern region 3 point rule.

Lol.....

Since I bought this property and built house being able to walk out back door to go hunting is main reason I've gotten lazy not getting old. Haha

What are you and Ron 60 now?  :o
