Title: Who says you gotta use large lures to catch large fish?

Had a phenomenal outing last week catching 65 fish/ 5 species. It's been a challenge to catch fish on light tackle and small lures - most of which I make. This three+ pound bass hit a 2.5" stick on a 1/32 oz (jig still attached):

Bigger the bait the bigger the fish..  Guess not. lol  looks like u had a graet week on the water..

Very nice, have definetly caught some big fish on smaller baits. And they're feeding now!
