Budget bill A-3008C (https://nyassembly.gov/leg/?term=2021&bn=A03008)/S-2508C (https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2021/S2508/) has been amended and resubmitted to Assembly Ways & Means and Senate Finance.
The bill originally contained provisions lowering the age for a hunting license and permitting hunting with a crossbow. These appear to have been removed.
