Totally agree bud.
I wouldn't be surprised the way the state has been handling things lately, that they slap him on the wrist and give him a gift card to Bass Pro Shops for his troubles.

hate seeing this, glad they were able to catch him. I know its still too common and the punishment is not enough

I can't open the link ?

Be interesting to see how this ends up. Hopefully hit with big fines and loss of license, but I have my doubts.

For guys like this guy, the fines will probably just drive him to do it even more to pay for his extra expenses.
He's already shown what he thinks of rules and conservation, he'll do what he pleases and keep right on doing it.
Maybe after his next arrest, he should be given community service that will fill all of his free time and have that put an end to his activities.
honestly though, he's just not going to stop. These people never do.

We need more enforcement, I've been fishing the EOH reservoirs very hard for 10 years now, and have seen a DEC officer exactly ZERO times. Yet I have seen countless people with buckets or stringers full of illegal fish. Interesting that every one of them either didn't speak English, or had an accent, just saying.

Not this individuals first time being caught for fish and game violations. Posted pictures of fish caught out of season and was visited by DEC and ticketed slap on the wrist for that.Hope this time it's more severe.
