The state had to euthanize all of the pheasants in the state run farm. This should spell disaster for this fall's season. Will they try and get birds from private breeders? Or will this be an opportunity for the antis to finally close it down all together. Let's face it without released birds pheasant hunting in NY dies.

The price of Chicken eggs is up due to this.  Also feed costs are up.  Labor costs are up.  Package(cartons) costs are up.  Delivery costs are up. Tax on the cost of doing business is up. Regulations on top of regulations costs are up....... on and on.  Wonder what the cost to the taxpayer was for this deal from start to finish.  Probably had to pay a state vet to euthanize.
