Checked my big spot today was surprised how far along they are already picked a few going back Sunday gotta make some soup

Same at my place in West Shokan.  All the ones I've transplanted over the years are pretty much fully up.  My big collecting spot is in the mountains. a little higher in elevation and typically a little colder tends to lag behind.  Going up to collect in a few days to a week.  Smoked venison ham potato ramp soup is in my future.
