Permit holders are able to renew (every 5 years) either by mail or online.  They will send you a notification 90 days prior to renewal.  Right now, the renewal fee is $25.75 for non-residents.  If you choose to renew online, a $0.75 convenience fee is charged.  Additionally, you need to have the capability to upload a passport quality photo.....AND....you now must watch a firearm safety/suicide prevention video online.  If you are renewing by mail, you have to include your photo and confirm that you have watched the video.
