Nice deer everyone.  This is the time of year where it starts to heat up and time in the stand can really pay off.  Please don't forget the basic safety that you were taught in hunter safety class while enjoying our sport.  If you take one step off of solid ground have the right harness in place to prevent injuries from falling.  Do it safely or not at all!  There is always time.

You would thinks so. I’m in 3m and I lost over 60 percent of the deer around me . There’s dead deer out in the middle of the fields and nothing will touch them.

Got this decent 8pt last Saturday.  Congrats to all the successful hunters out there. Has anyone had a hard time with the NYS game harvest report.  It used to take like 5 minutes to do on the DEC website and report.  I went on it and it wanted me to download an APP and was going to send me to a different site. Pain in the a$$.  Ended up just calling from the old land line and was much easier.  Good luck all.

congrats, nice buck!  I had no issue reporting my early bear with the app but last week trying to report my doe was annoying.  Like you said, website sending me to app which wasn't working. Wound up calling it in too. Lady on phone said app seems to be up and down depending on the day..
