Title: A Law that would prohibit most places you could carry a firearm

Listen carefully to what the gent is saying. If he is speaking correctly you could not have a firearm at any gathering of more than 15 people. As in a party in your house, gun club meeting, sporting clays course etc. Listen at about the 4:30 minute area as he describes where you cannot have a firearm. Think about how this could be interpreted.
