When you don’t get to hunt very often the successful hunts are all more enjoyable! My wife stuck with it after missing a few ducks in the Adirondacks and wanted to try again. Unfortunately I hadn’t taught her yet about the barrel selector on her CZ shotgun. It had been in the middle between u and o and the safety wouldn’t work. Thankfully she worked through the ordeal as ducks were flying in range. She managed to get a fine drake wood duck. Our Senior lab Norman found him in the corn and her second duck will be off to Wildlife Encounters Taxidermy Soon! I couldn’t be more proud of her and there is nothing better than hunting with family. My wife also is very sentimental and wears her late uncles hunting clothing when she goes! I’m a lucky man!
