Lots of open water on lower basin ice on upper where I could see

Quite a bit of open water near Glenford Dike and Woodstock Dike too.  Areas of ice along the banks in some areas might make getting a boat in the water tricky.

Image is from the west end of the Chinese Wall today about 4 PM.

I was up there on the 16th and there were only a few small areas of open water and all would be a pretty good walk from the roads.
