I dont have authority to post the minutes of the January Ulster Federation meeting in a public forum, but I can say they are out, and its a good comprehensive informative package.
If you are a member of a member club/org your club's President, club's Delegate to Federation, and your club's Legislative Director, should have already received their copy via email.
You can get a copy from any of them to see whats going on, and at the same time ask them to get your email address included in the distribution list.
Also iftits easier or you dont know or have easy contact with any of those three people from your club, you can request from me by email... Just be sure to include your name, your club/org name, and your email address.
