Nice Ken.  I've found some big patches this year.  Have been transplanting clusters on my property for years now and they have come up every year.  I like to had cubed up pieces of smoked bear ham to potato leek soup.  So good

I planted some last year when we moved here but now that I know where a huge patch is I will just watch them so I know when they are ready
