yeah a lot of deer are still holding on to antlers this year.  I went out yesterday and found a small fork horn from the previous year.  But any find is a reward when shed hunting.

Don’t lose hope yet, I haven’t even started, all bucks at my spots were still holding as of weekend. Not one side has dropped that I’ve seen by me

Found the set the the “big 7” I was chasing this past season. Had many pics of him throughout the year and my buddy and I each saw him once during bow. Found the set a little over a mile from the encounters we had with him.

Also got lucky a couple weekends ago and found a giant 62 1/2 inch shed while taking out 2 of my cams. Never got a pic of him on cam this year. Last weekend on the same day we found the big 7s we also found a few other nice sheds and old dead heads. One from a 2016 buck we had on cam and Ian videoed, it was an interesting buck because it looked older but didn’t have an impressive rack.

Dumb luck and location, I run lots of cameras after season and try to get a good general idea, where will be worth my time, my buddies have yet to find any even when they out with me. But the pup has helped she has found three of em thus far

You can find a muddy arrow head  - in a mud puddle ,
But you can’t find a white antler ... :-)
