Canoe Capsizes

Just a reminder, wear your life preservers. 3 in a canoe capsized this afternoon in Stamford, Delaware County NY.
1 got air lifted and NYS Trooper's Divers are recovering the other two.
I am not sure if they were fishing.

For folks, whom do not know, The West Branch of the Delaware River's headwaters is Stamford. The East Branch's headwaters is Grand Gorge, a few miles East of Stamford.

I never fished the upper west branch before but any water I fish from a boat this time of year I will wear a life jacket.. .
