Any Sheds??

Well thus far Gabi and i have about 17 Miles on the boots, unfortunately no sheds but we did find one less hit lister

yeah id say between 115-120" main frame 8, with a baby crab claw on left side just shy of an 1"

Gabi found him, I Had already walked past area turned around and  see her on full point and antlers sticking out the logs

Great find and cheap European mount, but unfortunately, my scouting this time of year is for this season's shooter not a dead head

Found about 6 shed so far. None real big. Ticks have been bad. Tried to post pic but file too big and i dont know how to resize on my phone .

My brother found a strange shed yesterday in Westchester. Went about 8-10 inches straight up and split into a big crab claw. I have permission to hunt that area but just don’t have the time to drive down there anymore

About a 15" spread, would've liked to see him in a few years.

Nice sheds guys. Where do you guys usually find them?  In the thick stuff?  Cedar patches?  Edge of fields?

That’s a solid shed blue. Usually find them thicker bedding areas or fields, but this year I think fields are out because we had deep snow. Southern exposure hill sides, cedar thickets or anywhere there would be less snow.

Usually takes tons of walking to find them, but I look while scouting, so not necessarily the best or easiest places to find sheds.

If just want to find them, I’ve had the best luck in apple orchards..

Thanks yote that’s my biggest to date this one was found in a bedding area but you never know I have found them in all types of terrain open fields to hard woods apple orchards if you have access seems the best chance
