They never learn I am in Tioga county now normally far colder than back in dutches or Putnam and I was on Whitney point yesterday barely enough ice to be comfortable and north end not at all

I did a little jigging yesterday in Putnam County on 3" of good ice, but a lot of water nearby had just locked up last day or so. Unfortunately some people going on the ice without spudding their way out and seemingly unaware of how recently some of this ice formed.
