Looks good! White or pearl on any lure is a great move, it absolutely 100% makes a difference. Call me crazy, but another thing I'm noticing is to not paint too stark a contrast in colors, like white/black. I do better with white/silver, or white/yellow, or if I want a dark lure for night time I go black/grey. That seems to make a difference too.

I got a big lot of spoons on ebay they had some really thick old paint on them maybe glow paint

Don't know if it would work on chromed spoons, but have done powder paint on jig heads. A little bit of a process but comes out good.
