Makes me mad as hell , someone stole my pintle hitch off the back of my pickup ..
This happened in the Lowes parking lot in Highland, while I was in buying materials..
Lock yours up , or take it off ...
They watch as you pull up , watch you walk in store , then pull up behind your truck and steal your hitch ... scumbags .....
-
Sucks I always have a locking pin in my hitches no morals left
-
File a report with the local PD or troop station and they should be able to look at lowes security cameras and maybe get an id on the lowlifes or their vehicle. Good luck.
-
That is a scumbag move for sure!
-
Unbelievable. Sorry Bob
-
My buddy is an instal manager there, u want me to see if they have cams covering parking lot
-
That's ok Killer , thanks for the offer ...
My friends say , I should buy a nice new shiny one , drive out there park and walk in ..
They would pic me up at other exit , then we can sit in his car , two rows over and watch ...
It will be a bad day for him if we catch him ....
-
not to laugh but that method sounds a lot more fun

It is risky to take the law in your own hands. If you do that make sure someone is getting a clear video of the whole thing in case you end up in court.
-
I agree geezer, no sense in making a bad situation worse for yourself.....
-
You guys are right , I'm over it now ..
Bought a new hitch and a lock this time ...
Just makes me mad , gotta lock everything today..
-
maybe it bounced off ive found 2 over the years along the road
-
Mine, is seized on with rust. Maybe I should go park it at Lowe’s and see what they can do.
