Just a reminder we have a good selection of muzzleloader supplies & lots of powder includeing black horn 209.

Catskillbob picked some up for me when he went for his. Thanks Joe, it isn’t the most common stuff locally these days.

Joe, do you have any all lead 50 cal bullets? I'm not happy with the copper and poor expansion.

Barnes and shockwave sabots seem to do quite well ballistically. If you were shooting powerbelts I have heard that although they load nicely that they dont perform as well as others.

I have used both shockwave and power belts. Shockwave slick sabot work better but I'm looking for a bullet with more expansion and blood trails.

I would 100% agree with that. Lost 2 deer on Powerbelts. Switched to Barnes and never looked back. Excellent accuracy and lethal. You don't need to worry about blood trails with these because they shouldn't go more than a couple steps after being hit. And if they do the holes they make are so big the blood should be pouring out.

I used power belts on a few deer like most muzzloader bullets jacket is to hard but they do make a non jacketed bullet
