A buddy caught this 27” today on chunk herring despite the chocolate milkshake condition the river is currently in! . . .   I dropped today . . . so much for a clean boat!!   >:(

I got two from shore on worms down by the tappen zee 3 days ago. Both fish were 23inches.

Herring are showing up in spurts in Kingston. . . but you have to work for them. . .

Rain/snow has the creeks too fast to do anything...so I stayed at the dock and saved gas.  Used up the fresh herring I jigged Monday.
  Caught a 33", 34", 35" and a 25" keeper.
     They're in boys.

Nice Red. . .

     .  . .   I managed 3 males @ the last hour of incoming. . .
. . . 2 on liveys,1 on chunk . . . . a 26 1/2”, 27” and a 27 3/4”(  9.5 lbs.)
