That's cool , more than likely your deer was injured on his left side at one time ..
This would cause the deformed antler on the deers right side ..
I shot one very similar years ago and when I skinned the deer , he was full of old bird shot in his neck on the opposite side ...

It looks like 3 points on the deformed side, but if there's any that measures over 1 inch I'd count them also.
