 OMG that's so sad. :'(

Years ago I shot a doe that had these on her face, it was so bad that she couldn’t see out of one eye, and didn’t want to run cause it was hanging from her face. They are some sort of tumors, and supposedly don’t effect the meat, it’s gross looking though. Poor ooooooo
