Common sense from a great leader

Appleman:
"We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker.  It is time to restore the precept that each individual is accountable for his actions."  I'm wishing that we find a great leader that thinks with his brain rather than follow the jack wagons that are running the show now.  President Ronald Reagan was a class act.
