Looking for small outboard

Needs to be long shaft and no more than 9.9hp. Preferably 4stroke and not pre 2000’s.

I know where there is a 8 hp outboard free ...
If you can get it off the bottom of the Rondout creek near Lou's boat basin !!!
It ripped itself loose from a rowboat this year, while heading up the creek for herring ...
Guy grabbed the fuel tank just in time or that would have followed it to bottom too..

All was good until it wasn't!!!
