Georgia hog for a change. Made some awesome pulled pork from the shoulder.

Sow was a little over a 100 lbs. Boar 175 lbs. Some say boar is gamey. Both of mine were delicious. Then again infield dressed them and butchered them myself. Cleaned well and put on ice immediately.
