Made my Springtime favorite dish for the family last night. . . Lobster ragout with morels, asparagus, fresh fettuccine and ramp top chiffonade. . . all gone!!

All Gone he says-- go figure Ziff??  Dinner made by a CIA instructor out of fresh seasonal delights from God-- and he has to rub it in by saying all gone.   .     Good bull Ziff.
PS-- I thought that you would have S. Bass instead of the lobster to make it 100% HV

I am furloughed as of May 25th, so I popped for the lobster as a last splurge!
