Pineapple-Frangipan Tart

A friend of mine just turned 80  . . . he's losing his sight and is afraid he might get Covid-19 . . .so I made him his favorite tart . . .it's an almond cake batter  studded with pineapple with an apricot glaze and toasted crushed almond garnish

I wanted to cheer him up . . . mission accomplished!
